What is Body Transformation?

Our Body Transformation class is a high intesity, technical, bag class. This is a hybrid class where you will utilize the fundamentals of a competitive fighter’s workout to strengthen and tone your arms, legs, back, core and your confidence.

All fitness levels are welcome. Work at your own level but you must work! There’s no excuse not to sweat in this class and have fun at the same time. Each week you’ll see your boxing abilities increase while your body fat decreases.
